Returns & Exchanges
At Kalenji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.
Return Policy Details
Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they show signs of use:
- Leggings, pants, or shorts that have been worn
- Shoes showing signs of wear
- Items from the « Essentiels fortes chaleurs » collection that have been unsealed

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours of approval.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return.
